PAYMENT TERMS
The booking will be deemed confirmed with the guest has sent a deposit by bank transfer for 30% of the total cost stay within 3 days of the booking confirmation, and also the guests must give details of credit cart , under guarantee. The balance can be with bank transfer not later than the commencement date of the stay or the guest can pay in place to the checkout. In the check in will deposit a guarantee equal 150,00 euro that to the check out , after checking it will given back in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY
From 31 days will be applied following penality 50% on the total of stay
From 30 days to 8 day , penality 75% on the total of stay
From 7 days to1day and possibility of no show, penality 100% of the total stay.
